*I understand that enrollment secures a limited space at ARTS Spotlight and that all payments, deposits, and add-ons are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.

*If I purchase optional professional headshots, I understand the advance rate is $300 and the on-site rate is $350, and that this purchase is non-refundable. Headshots are optional and not required for participation.

*The participant releases Applause International, The ARTS, venue hosts, staff, and vendors from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

*By attending, participant grants The ARTS permission to photograph, film, and/or record for marketing and archival purposes without compensation.

*Participant agrees to behave respectfully toward staff, guests, and other attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. Participants may not follow, harass, or attempt to make unsolicited contact with industry professionals outside of designated workshop settings. All questions and interactions with professionals must take place within the structure of the scheduled workshops only.

*Travel, lodging, and any meals outside of those explicitly provided are the responsibility of the participant.

*By registering, participant (or parent/guardian, if under 18) consents to receive event-related communication from The ARTS via email, text message, and/or phone. This may include reminders, updates, schedule changes, and promotional information related to The ARTS and affiliated programs. Participant may opt out of promotional messages at any time by following the provided unsubscribe instructions.

*If the participant is under the age of 18, one parent or legal guardian may attend with the minor at no additional cost. Additional parent/guardian attendance requires the purchase of an observer wristband at the rate of $150, which can be requested and purchased prior to the event.

*By completing this registration, the participant (or parent/guardian, if under 18) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in this registration form. This agreement is binding upon submission and payment.

*I understand I will participate in a live audition simulation that may include direct feedback and redirect. I acknowledge this feedback is educational in nature. I understand this does not mean I'm auditioning for any specific role.

*I understand that digital readiness instruction is educational guidance only and that final decisions regarding my materials remain my responsibility.

*I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, or, if the participant is under 18, that I am the legal parent or guardian and grant consent to participate under the terms outlined above.
