Cancellation Policy

Coaching Appointment Policy (The ARTS) Book once. Please choose one time slot only. Confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation from Ashley Myers at Ashley@artsdreamteam.com after you submit your request. Cancellations. If you need to cancel, email us in writing so our office can release you from your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. The site does not accept cancellations within that 24-hour window. Fee & card on file. A credit card is required to book. You will not be charged unless you miss your session or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. In those cases, a $30 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. By booking, you authorize this charge. Rescheduling. Please do not change your appointment through the site within 24 hours. Outside of 24 hours, cancel your current appointment and book a new one—limit one active session per email. Inside 24 hours, email Ashley@artsdreamteam.com to request a release; late cancellations/no-shows are subject to the $30 fee.
