Marlana Glaeser is the CEO and Creative Director of The Glaeser Group and a longtime member of The ARTS team. Her work is increasingly centered around the business behind the talent—helping performers, models, creatives, and emerging industry professionals understand how to position themselves, market themselves, and build a professional presence that supports where they want their career to go.
 
With a background in marketing, website development, digital strategy, branding, and business development, Marlana brings a management-minded approach to coaching. She helps talent look beyond simply having a website or posting on social media and begin thinking strategically about their image, materials, online presence, opportunities, professional relationships, and long-term career direction.
 
Coaching may include personal branding and positioning, website and portfolio guidance, social media strategy and cleanups, marketing materials, professional presentation, industry business strategy, career organization, communication and etiquette, and understanding how to present yourself as someone ready to work.
Marlana also offers hands-on one-hour social media cleanup sessions via screen share, walking through your accounts in real time to determine what should stay, what needs updating, what should be archived or removed, and what may be helping—or hurting—the professional image you are building.
 
The Glaeser Group is also in a period of evolution. As the firm continues shifting further into the entertainment and talent space, 2027 will introduce talent management as part of The Glaeser Group’s growing services.
