Job Overview
As a State Director for The ARTS, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, mentoring, and recruiting exceptional talent in the performing arts and fashion industries. Representing Applause International and The ARTS showcase, you will serve as the primary talent scout and state representative, helping aspiring artists, models, actors, and performers achieve their dreams.
This position is ideal for driven individuals with a passion for the arts, strong interpersonal skills, and a talent for sales. You will operate under the Applause International brand, using established resources, training, and marketing tools to successfully recruit and onboard participants for The ARTS showcase.

Responsibilities

Networking: Leverage connections with ARTS alumni families and local networks to find promising talent.

Marketing & Promotion: Utilize provided materials and scripts to effectively market The ARTS showcase and Applause International.

Participant Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for participants during the recruitment and onboarding process.

Event Hosting: Organize and participate in informational meetings, talent auditions, and showcase-related events.

Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the Applause International and The ARTS brand in all activities.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of prospects, participants, and outreach activities to ensure streamlined communication with Applause International.

Training Engagement: Attend and complete initial and ongoing training sessions to stay aligned with program goals and processes.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed recruitment targets and demonstrate measurable progress toward program goals.
Qualifications

Deep passion for the performing arts, fashion, or creative industries.

Proven ability in sales, recruitment, or a similar results-driven role.

Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure, with the opportunity to make $40,000–$100,000+ annually depending on performance.
