ARTS Convention Package — $595

What Your Enrollment Includes:

ARTS Convention Participation

Your package includes participation in all core ARTS programming, designed to develop, elevate, and prepare each performer for industry-level opportunities.

Workshops, Coaching & VIP Training

• Intensive workshops during the Showcase

• Quarterly development workshops with members of the ARTS Dream Team

• 12 Monthly VIP Sessions leading up to the event

• Training topics may include:

  • Runway technique

  • Stage presence

  • Skincare & natural makeup

  • Wardrobe guidance

  • TV & stage acting

  • Audition & interview do’s and don’ts

  • Performance coaching for singers, dancers, and monologue actors

  • …and additional industry-focused sessions

Full Access at The ARTS Convention

• Admittance to all workshops and seminars at the Convention

• Enrollment in three (3) official performances in front of agents, managers, castings, and producers

  • Categories may include:
    TV Commercial • Film Scene • Improv • Voiceover • Creative/Theme Runway • Photography • Swimsuit • Singing • Dancing • Monologue

• Individual interviews and/or callbacks for every participant

Optional Expenses

(Not Included in the Package)

• Additional performances beyond the three (3) included: $75 each

• Travel to/from the Showcase

• Lodging (discounted ARTS room block begins at $189+)

• Observer Passes:

  • $300 per adult observer (includes access to all workshops, seminars, performances, and the Red Carpet Celebration)

  • Children 4 and under are free with a parent/guardian observer pass

• Any item not specifically listed above

Refund & Transfer Policy

All sales for participation in The ARTS are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We recognize that emergencies occur. In the event of a documented emergency, participants may request one (1) transfer to a future ARTS event.

• Transfer Fee: $150

• All requests must be submitted in writing with proper documentation

• Transfers are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Applause International
